All returns will be accepted as long as the item is still in new condition. Please return your item within 14 days to receive your refund.

The buyer will need to provide their own packaging and label at your own expense. Postage costs will not be refunded unless your item is defective.

Your item will be delivered through Royal Mail standard free shipping in the UK. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your item to be printed and delivered.

For international shipments please expect to receive your item within 7 – 14 days.
